I enjoy hearing from my readers and I do my best to answer my e-mail. Be aware that I get an enormous amount of e-mail and I have many other fans who all want a piece of my time, so I need you to work with me.
If you are asking my advice on the craft of writing fiction or how to market it or how to get yourself organized, then please submit your question on my "Ask A Question For My Blog" page. I'll answer your question on my blog, and my zillions of blog readers will benefit from your question and my answer.
If you need to talk to me about some private matter, then go right ahead and fill out the form on this page and I'll answer it privately via e-mail as soon as I can. I have an administrative assistant who helps answer routine questions, but she'll refer your email to me if that's necessary. I hope you'll be patient with us! I sometimes get behind, which is why I need an administrative assistant.
Please be aware that I don't do critiques or other mentoring services, except at writing conferences. It's not that I'm snooty, it's just that life is short and I have many things that desperately need to get done.
